Next, we’ll go through your brand messaging, values and voice to make sure to keep your voice in your social media.

Then we’ll book our 1st strategy planning call and outline a custom content plan to align with your business goals.
4. APPROVAL
Finally, once the strategy is in place, I’ll create content based on that plan. You’ll review and approve all content before it goes live, making sure you are still present in your social media.

I might be new to social media management, but I’ve been self-employed and using Instagram for my online marketing since 2015. I made all the mistakes because I didn’t know any better, but I’ve learned from them, and now I use that experience to help others avoid the same mistakes.
I’m certified through the Beyond The Dawn Digital Certified Social Media Management course, which involved intensive training, an independently assessed case study, and a CPD quiz. I had to create a full strategy and 30 days of content for a hypothetical business. What I thought would take 500 words ended up being closer to 3,000!
This certification isn’t a one-time deal, either—I’m required to renew it every two years by passing an independent case study again.
I’m also constantly investing in courses to improve my skills in digital marketing, graphic design, and copywriting to be the best social media manager I can be.
I know it can feel like a lot to invest when you’re a small business. My lowest package is £150 a month, which is only £5 a day. How much time and energy will you save by handing over your social media to me when you have all the other things you need to do for your business and personal life?
It’s important to remember that social media is a long game and not a quick fix, but with a strategy and consistency you will see growth, but it will not be instant.
You’re right. Over summer, my social media slipped and I wasn’t very active on Instagram. Which proves that if you don’t put the energy or effort into it, you don’t get the results you want.

I’ll work closely with you to create a strategy, but you’ll have full approval of it before we begin. This is your business, and I know how important it is that everything aligns with your vision and brand.
Yes, there are contracts and these are to protect both you, and myself. If you like, I can send you a copy of the blank contracts if you’d like to read these over first. Please keep in mind that these blank contracts are broad in scope and your contract will be bespoke to your business needs.
The onboarding process takes time.
Week 1: Once the contracts have been signed by us both, we’ll go through your ideal client, business niche, brand messaging, values and voice. If you don’t have a brand voice guideline, I’ll help you create one.
Week 2: We’ll have our first strategy planning call, where we outline a content calendar to align with your business goals.
Week 3-4: I’ll begin creating content based on this content strategy and create a Trello content calendar to begin the review and approval process.
Week 5-6: We’re live! Content will start going out.
You will get a content calendar on Notion, where I’ll add all post ideas and captions for you to approve, or make changes.
If you use another platform or already have a content calendar for planning out posts, I’ll use that one. Who wants another piece of tech to deal with?!
You do need to set aside some time for a monthly planning call, and to approve the content before it can be published.
