How much notice do you need?
I prefer as much notice as possible to curate the perfect box, which may take up to 2 weeks. However, if the stationery is in stock, gift boxes can be packed and dispatched within a week.
For orders of 50+ boxes, please allow up to 4 weeks.
Can I order onboarding gifts as needed, or do I have to buy in bulk?
You can order one at a time for new clients or bulk-buy 10+ to have them ready.
Can I include a thank you note?
Yes! I always like to include a typed note so the recipient knows who sent the gift. If you're unsure what to say, I can provide a general thank-you message.
Can I order individual items for a goodie bag?
Absolutely! I love when my stationery is included in event and corporate goodie bags.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, you can order just 1 gift box or 100's as and when you need.
Will the gift boxes be sent directly to the recipient?
Individual gift boxes are posted directly to the recipient.
Bulk and event orders are shipped together in one large parcel.
What is the price range, and how many items are included?
Gift boxes start at £15, which includes three stationery items.
Like the subscription boxes, each gift box is curated to look visually appealing and are not random items thrown together.
Can I see the gift box before ordering?
Yes, I can send photos of different options for you to choose from.
Other boxes look a little 'feminine' - can you create more gender-neutral boxes?
Of course! I can make some boxes more gender-neutral.
How does payment work?
Once we finalise your box selection, I'll send you an invoice. Payment must be received before ordering any items (if needed) or dispatching boxes, and VAT is not included.
